Towing (water / air sports) | Our 10mm orange Polyethylene has been used most successfully for aerotowing gliders. Hollow braid polyethylene has a loose construction which makes for easy splicing. For high-stress towing and winching, many people now choose High Modulous Polyethylene (HMPE) which is one of the strongest types of rope in the world.
