An amazing service from start to end. Having contacted them via email making an enquiry as to whether they could make some bespoke swing ropes for me, they responded same day. The questions they asked were thorough and even when i made a slight mistake with my measurements, they sorted it to perfection. Within days I had received my bespoke designed swing ropes for my chair. The chair itself still needs painting and this will be done when it stops raining, but I was so excited to receive them, the chair is now all back in position and tested i might add. I hot given a beautiful oak swing seat for Christmas. Problem was the bough available is not symmetrical either in diameter or height. But no problem, precise measurements given to Ropes Direct resulted in the perfect rope set for my situation. They fit perfectly look lovely and function well.
