Heat Set End Caps Rope End Finishes

Heat-set plastic End Caps for use with 3-strand natural ropes, diameters from 6mm to 60mm.

When the End Cap is heated it shrinks around the rope, forming a smooth and rigid cap. End Caps are far more durable than either whipping or taping the ends of a rope and particularly useful if your rope is going to get a lot of use. Often used with exercise, fitness and battling ropes.

End Caps can be used with our synthetic ropes, but they are not strictly necessary as we always heat seal the ends of synthetic ropes to prevent fraying.

We can fit End Caps for you, or you can buy them loose and easily fit them yourself, which is cheaper. The video shows you how:
