Specification

Set of Metal Gym Rings on adjustable 12mm Synthetic Hemp Ropes.

For domestic use and suitable for up to 70kg (11 stones).

The 2 metal rings have a plastic grip (see image for dimensions). 12mm Synthetic Hemp Rope is used for it's soft feel, strength and durability outdoors, fitted with a metal ring at the top with an adjustable Eight at the bottom.

The Metal Gym Ring Set has a minimum adjusted length of 0.80m, maximum adjusted length of 1.10m and is suitable for frame heights up to 2.50m.
