Please use this option to add a soft splice, loop splice or eye splice into your 3-strand rope (14mm to 20mm diameters).

A soft splice is achieved by looping the rope back on itself and then interweaving the strands to create a secure join. This is the strongest way of introducing an eye into a rope - for example to hang on garden posts or to suspend from a tree branch.

Please use the quantity box to enter the number of soft splices you would like. You can add any specific instructions in the 'additional comments' box at the Checkout.

By the way, splicing is not too hard to do. If you would prefer to DIY then watch our instructional video here. We suggest you have a go on some old rope first (10-16mm is nice to work with).

Ok, but unfortunately i didnt specify the size of the loop for the soft splice, so its too small for my use,could have done with the loop being twice as big but the splice itself is fine. Good service, my mistake.Anonymous (4 May 2014, 19:18)
