Replacement Swing Ropes - pair

Pair of replacement swing ropes for you to repair an old swing or make your own new one - the holes in your swing seat will need to be 18mm/20mm.

The rope used is a 16mm Synthetic Hemp rope chosen for it's soft feel and natural appearance. Traditional splices by the fair hand of our own rope craftsmen have been used for the top soft splice and the tail join. The rope will not rot and is UV stabilised, so should give many years of trouble free use. As with all ropes though, it should be inspected every now and again for condition.

The pair of 16mm Synthetic Hemp ropes have an overall length of 2.5m with the tail section taking up 1m. Please note that these measurements are approximate and can vary slightly.

If you would like longer ropes than the 2.5m provided, simply purchase two more additional lengths of the 16mm synthetic hemp rope and when checking out put a note in the 'delivery notes or comments'. Please note that you only need to purchase the additional lengths required. For example, for a swing with ropes of 4m long you will need to purchase an extra 2 x 1.5m = 3m of rope.

We have a very experienced and efficient rope team and the ropes will normally be despatched the day after order but in busy periods it might be a day or two later.
