Carbine Hooks
Also called a carabiner, this connector is a metal loop with a sprung gate. The gate can be can be opened to insert or remove a rope, chain, webbing sling, or other hardware. Carabiners are useful in everyday life for securing water bottles, pen knives, etc., to belts. Smaller carbine hooks are often used as keyrings.
