Superb service and product.
Having spent the last 2 months and a great deal of money re-vamping our rear garden we wanted something a little different to finish the decked area that would do justice to our hard work. Rather than install spindles and handrail we opted for the 36mm synthetic rope fixed in place with black nickel end caps. Ordered on a Wednesday, processed and delivered the following Friday. I am very pleased with the service I received from RopesDirect. I ordered a length of 16mm synthetic hemp rope to act as a handrail and it was delivered to me within 2 days. At the same time I ordered some chrome trigger end hooks which unfortunately weren’t suitable. I contacted Ropesdirect who advised me how to return them. I also requested samples of other size rope. To my delight the samples and my refund were very quickly processed and I immediately ordered 120m of the 14mm synthetic hemp rope which RopesDirect cut to my specification and sealed all ends. In addition to my handrail, I now have 2 lovely looking decking areas with decorative screening, which my guests can also enjoy. One very happy customer.
