I ordered this for covering glass bottles but it’s way to thick so I asked if I could return it ,I bought 65 mtrs,. The answer was yes but there’s a 15% restocking fee, so with that and return P&P taken off I would have ended up with about £4.00 so not worth sending it back. I think it is wrong as we buyers are buying blind, we can’t see or feel the goods. Needless to say I will never order from here again.

It is indeed regretful that our assistance wasn’t sought before ordering. We are always pleased to try and help our customers make the right choice, often by sending out short samples. In trying to assist we offered to waive our published returns policy that bespoke orders for cut lengths of rope cannot be returned however this was rejected. returns policy
