Exceptional service during exceptional times
Exceptional service. During Covid-19, I wanted to reorder a product, but couldn’t find a record of it. I emailed Ropes Direct, they confirmed the products I needed to order, were operating fully during Covid-19. Received personal email back with details so I could reorder. Which I did. The ropes turned up at my house the following day. It’s a pleasure to do business with this company, great service and thank you.

Very friendly staff answering the phone. I had a problem with logging on to their website and they sorted out the problem immediately. A speedy delivery, they sent the same day and it arrived the day after.

Absolutely delighted with the rope received. It actually exceeded my expectations, great quality, lovely light colour and because its synthetic doesn’t weigh much. I requested different lengths to be cut, whole ordering process was so easy and delivery quicker than expected. Thank you, would definitely recommend!

Decking rope and fittings
Fantastic from start to finish.
Customer service was faultless. He was so helpful and even offered a fitting service at a small cost, so all I had to do when the ropes arrived was screw them onto the decking posts.
Delivery was prompt, despite the situation currently with the corona virus and how difficult things have been all round.
The ropes and ends look great now they are fitted, over all extremely happy and would definitely recommend this company and their products.
