Rope for scrub bags for NHS
My wife has been making scrub bags for the NHS and we have sent 100 over to our local hospital, now a nursing home has bought 80 brand new pillow cases which my wife is turning into scrub bags. The rope was perfect for making the pull to close the bag. I had the task of cutting and threading through.

Great service, great product, I would highly recommend.
This is a great product. If you want to natural look but with nylon strength and anti-rot properties you cant go wrong with this. It feels softer than both nylon or hemp rope, looks natural in colour and doesn’t change over time. Ive used it for rope banisters, hand rails and guide rails and im extremely pleased with the results.

Fantstic service – The best we received!
We were looking at adding to our range within the company but needed advice big time! When it came to rope and cord we knew nothing about it and to be honest, it was a mine field online to work out what we needed.
We spoke to three different companies for advise, the first one was very disinterested in what we had to ask so we left that phone call very quick. The second one told us exactly what we needed and said they would send out sample at a cost of £7.50 which we grudgingly did. Firstly, they forgot about our order so we had to phone to chaise it up (10 days later) then they sent us the wrong colours! Needless to say, that was a no too.
We then phoned and spoke to Russel who gave great advice and told us he would send out some samples to us at NO cost. Sample turned up a day or two later and he put plenty in the envelope for us to look at. Bingo, we found what we were looking for. We went online to order, late in the day I must say and they turned up the following day! On the whole, Ropes Direct and the staff are fantastic. They delivered on what they said and did it quicker than anticipated too!
It costs nothing to give great service and these guys certainly did. Thank you!
