After shopping around I was impressed with what Ropes Direct had to offer and with good pricing. Any questions I had were answered promptly. My order was done and sent out to me the same day. I did have a problem with the delivery company who gave me a day and time for delivery but it did not arrive on that day. There was apparently a brake down with the delivery vehicle but I was NOT informed about this until I made a phone call to the company asking where my delivery was. It was then sent out the next day . I did notify Ropes Direct about this the same day.
I also had 12 screws missing for the eye plates but luckily I had some in my shed that I used. Apart from this small hiccup I would use this company again.

Fantastic product & service

We ordered this rope to finish off the decking in our garden, and chose the synthetic version as we thought it will “weather” better in our climate.
