Excellent Product and Faultless Service
Excellent product quality. I chose olive green polycotton for a rope walk to go through wooden poles along a sloping garden path. It is very smooth to touch and quite luxurious. The company was easy to deal with, excellent communication and follow up every step of the way during delivery. I would definitely recommend buying from Ropes Direct.

Drilling for clean and safe water in Uganda
We are Mission 4 Water Ugandan NGO, drilling boreholes in communities and for schools and health centres which struggle with access to clean and safe water. Our previous rope had drilled over 150 holes and was wearing out. So we are delighted with the new rope which was quickly sent out from Ropes Direct. Now we can continue the good work for many years to come.

Missing part of order
Ordered 4 rope end cup plates which came complete with screws. 4 Brackets delivered, but only screws for 3. Bit of a pain to be honest had to go and get same screws ….Delivered quickly so no complaints there.
