Great Customer Service and unusual good care !
I have been very positively surprised to receive a call from the company after I placed an order, as they wanted to make sure that what I had ordered was the correct item I needed. There was confusion about what the item was but a gentleman called Russell kindly explained me what to do and told me a refund will be made as my order will be finally cheaper. The refund was made very quickly.
I think it is an outstanding customer service and “Ropes Direct” seems to be a company with high Ethical manners. Very much appreciated ! I would recommend them anytime !
