I am extremely pleased with Ropes Direct. Prior to purchase I emailed various questions to ascertain what fixings would be best for my project. I got several very prompt helpful responses which included links to YouTube videos to show how to do various things. The products arrived the next day after dispatch and the YouTube videos have been very useful in guiding me on how to shorten the rope and put holes through it for attaching the rope end hooks. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.
