Had to phone for part of this order as asked on website (gold coloured matt). Spoke to a woman who was very helpful but couldn’t answer my question. She said a man called Russell would phone me back. He did so and was also very helpful, phoning his supplier to check stock levels and placing an order with them for my (relatively small) order. He even called me back to confirm. Reasonable prices and quick delivery. Will buy more from here and would recommend.

Rope arrived after I ordered it
I ordered some rope and paid for it. It then arrived a short time later. It was what I ordered, so not really a surprise when I opened the package, which is always slightly disappointing when a package arrives, but to be honest I can’t complain.

The real deal at a very reasonable price. Needed for cat scratching posts and this was just the job and at around 25% the cost offered by sellers on a ubiquitous online retailer.

Great quick service. Perfect rope and smart hooks to clip on to my arch. They were easy to enlarge a little to attach to the arch. I would certainly use this company again.
