Excellent service, excellent product
We had bought 100m of the cotton rope for a project but ran out the day before our deadline. I contacted RopesDirect and they were extremely helpful, managed to get my order out that day and it arrived by 11am the next day. Talk about a lifesaver! Excellent Service
Ropes direct provided all my order with perfect timing and even rang me to check on something in my order that wasn’t clear. Service was absolutely faultless and the ropes were exactly what I wanted. The range of traditional rope
As a theatre engineer, I found Russell’s knowledge so helpful in determining a suitable replacement for hemp when rigging the fly gallery in a traditional ‘Hemp house’ theatre. I was also impressed by the range of all ‘Ropesdirect’ products and the accessories to support the many uses of rope. I was lucky enough to visit ‘Ropesdirect’ in Norfolk and left with more rope than I anticipated, and with the tools & knowledge to take on much more than just theatre rigging.
