Firstly, the website was full of good information. Secondly, I have specific length requirements and needed to communicate with Customer Services. Russell was brilliant and helped me through the whole ordering process. Once the order was placed and paid for, the goods arrived within 48 hours and arrived in great packaging and in excellent condition. I have now assembled the rope lengths to their respective end plates and hook & eye chrome fittings and waiting for a non-rainy day to fit them to my new patio! I have no hesitation in recommending this Company fully.

Wanted to buy some rope for a specific product. Wasn’t sure what to buy so called RopesDirect and had a good chat with Russell. He was very helpful (and patient with all my questions) and followed up over email like he said he would. He even arranged for some samples to be sent out (I covered the postage) to help me select the right items. Outstanding service. We weren’t sure what rope we wanted so rang to ask if we could visit. The lady on the phone was very friendly and said we were welcome to. On the day we visited the gentleman who helped us was friendly, knowledgeable and patiently answered all our questions. We had to pick the rope up sooner than we anticipated so I emailed and received an answer straight away saying it wasn’t a problem. We drove over and it was ready in 10 minutes. It is so rare to get service of this quality nowadays, we cannot recommend this company highly enough.
