Ordered the wrong item to start and asked about return. Was so helpful and sent a sample of the 4mm cotton which was exactly what I needed. Sent the first item back and they supplied the other with no problem and sent the product promptly. Excellent service all round.
Great products with speedy delivery
Great rope, needed it to make some hanging baskets in my summer house. Website also had clear instructions on how to make it, perfect for a novice such as myself! Delivery was super quick.
