32mm Manila Rope too big

Next day delivery, brilliant service. Beautiful piece of rope. TOO BIG! Luckily I managed to rebore holes in timber to accommodate it. I know you state on the product page that it was provided by maker as 32mm though you measured it to be 36mm but what does one do? Should I have bought a smaller rope that comes up to 32mm or as I did stick to required and labelled size and hope for best? Maybe you need to rethink your advice and revise stated sizes.

Excellent
