Excellent customer service

I ordered 4m of sisal and it arrived very quickly, but unfortunately it was only 2m. I phoned customer support who were very helpful and apologised for the mistake and agreed to send a replacement asap. This arrived the following day (a Saturday). That is what I call top quality customer service.

Great Natural Rope

I needed some natural rope for a Tudor re-enactment. I ordered the flax and sisal 6mm, delevered very quick and just the job.

Rope End Finish

We were putting decking in our garden and decided to put rope around the edge with chrome rope ends to hold the rope tight. We are really glad we made that decision as it finished off the decking very well. The product we received was of an excellent good quality and arrived very quickly. I ordered a roll of 12mm synthetic hemp rope for a customer who had initially requested natural rope. The product looks fantastic in its new location and the customer is delighted. 28 mm synthetic rope

I purchased the 28 mm synthetic hemp rope and 2 chrome fixings. I am really happy with the purchase. The rope really adds that finishing touch to my decking. The rope size is perfect for anyone looking for decking rope. The fixings set it all off nicely and are of a good quality. I would highly recommend both items.

Good value, trustworthy company!

This is the third time I have purchased from Ropes Direct and have to report their customer support as exemplary. Had difficulty with the website on two occasions but was personally contacted on each occasion to rapidly resolve the issue. They employ decent carriers, rapid delivery despite heavy nature of goods. Doubtful if you will find a more competitive site on price…

Fantastic Company

28mm Rope ordered on Sunday, I received a communication on Sunday evening; Rope was delivered on Tuesday exactly as requested. The delivery driver also called to let me know that he had left the delivery with my neighbour as no one was available at the delivery address, first class service from ordering to delivery, a refreshing experience in the current business climate.
