Good product – Poor Courier

The rope was exactly as described and seems to be good quality. Unfortunately the courier failed to deliver and claimed to Ropes Direct that they had left a card. After offering camera footage, the courier delivered the following day. Ropes Direct very good. APC very poor

Fantastic customer service and great product

Thank you so much for all your help with the rope for my children’s swings. From the long conversations talking through how best to attach it to our very large oak tree to helping me work out the measurements and pick the right rope.
