I had previously tried another couple of rope internet site to order some 18 mm rope for my patio area. Oddly both came back as out of stock. Ropes Direct had no such problem and my order was accepted and received within a few days. I have no hesitation in recommending!
Oak Swing for trees
We ordered the swing online on a Sunday, to hang from a large high bow that overhangs our back garden for our 6yr olds 7th birthday. Russell at ropes direct e-mailed back on the same Sunday advising that he thought our estimation of the required rope length was little conservative, he advised a another meter or so, he added it to the order free of charge.
The swing arrived perfectly packed 2 days later, it’s of wonderful quality and feels like it will last a generation or 2.
We hung the swing up from the bow yesterday in time for our daughters birthday, the process took 10minutes. Our now 7year old (now) loves the swing so much she woke, and ran into the garden in the rain shouting “It’s still there!”
