The web page was easy to use and comprehensive. My initial emailed enquiry was answered quickly and in full and the follow up phone I made was dealt with in a most helpful way.

The cut length of rope arrived very promptly and I’m pleased with a good product at a fair price.

10 mm sisal rope

I bought this product to renovate a couple of cat scratching posts. The rope arrived two days after I ordered online. I ordered 30 metres and this was enough to cover two posts with some left over. I am very satisfied with the product, the delivery and the price. I imagine many people order this product for cat scratchers, as I did, and it might be a good idea to flag this up in the product information. I wasnt sure what size to order and opted for 10 mm as I thought this would go further. Im glad I made this choice, but the 8 mm would be better for smaller scratchers or petite cats ( mine are large)!
