Great service, arrived when expected, good quality rope, just what i wanted.
I’m sure most people will know this, but can i suggest that you have some gaffer tape handy when cutting to size, wrap it around and cut through the middle….. it saves a lot of hassle.
(Ropes Direct comment – we often use pvc electrical tape as we find we can bind this a little more tightly)

Very Good Customer Service
Can’t wax lyrical over blue polypropylene rope, it is what it is ! However, when it is required quickly and Ropes Direct promise to despatch it swiftly, they do exactly that. A follow-up telephone call they made to me reassured me they had my despatch under control, and sure enough it arrived the following day. Spoke to two members of their team, both polite, pleasant and helpful. Just for the record, the product was more than adequate for my application, and it was neatly coiled and packaged.
