Nothing wrong with the product or the way that you dealt with the order, however I found the process at (online) checkout almost impossible and very nearly gave up after many attempts (clearly I was eventually successful). I don’t seem to have this problem with other online shops. I have submitted this as you have specifically requested feedback, however I would not usually do this, but I would have found the product elsewhere.

I wanted something that wasn’t on the website so I rang and spoke to Russell. He was helpful and charming. We discussed exactly what i needed and two days later two beautifully spliced swing ropes dropped through my letterbox. I will definite use Ropes Direct again.

good quality, great delivery

especially wanted braided cord to use as piping cord (twisted cord shows through fabric when sewn) and I’m very pleased with the good quality of the cotton: it hold it’s shape well. Glad I could buy it by the metre and the delivery was very prompt and un-squashed. Will be buying again.
