I ordered 12metres of the rope, as I wanted to use it as beading for my bedroom instead of skirting boards. I put down cutting instructions, as I wanted specific lengths and received a personalised email to confirm my order and instructions. The rope arrived within a few days and it is absolutely perfect! I ordered ropes for basket making on Friday 5th Jan and received them on Monday 8th Jan – a great service and so prompt. The parcel was in good condition and the contents were as expected. I will review the actual goods later.

Very impressed with Ropes Direct I called for advice on ordering on line just to make sure I got the correct amount required. The guys were very helpful, I ordered on line on the Friday as then called to ask if it could be delivered Monday as it was required Tuesday, the package turned up at 9.30am Monday morning great service would highly recommend.
