I have bought a number of small coils of manila rope recently and found the rope to be of good quality and the service to be very fast and the packaging secure and ample to protect the rope during transit.
Don’t bother looking elsewhere
I bought this 6mm blue polypropylene rope to tie a cover over my greenhouse. The existing, covered, polypropylene rope I bought from a local shop last year has completely disintegrated strewing itself all over the garden (made removing it easy though, it just pulled apart!) This rope was cheaper than the other stuff, but I hope will last a lot longer. I looked elsewhere but the speed of delivery, price and service I get from Ropes Direct makes me very unlikely to buy elsewhere and I probably won’t even bother checking anywhere else next time. The website is nice and clear and they have what I want at a great price. This time I was happy to buy a fixed length as I wasn’t sure exactly how much I needed, but it’s a huge bonus to know I can buy by the metre if want to.
