Great service
The service from RopesDirect exceeded expectation. I ordered via the Internet (great website, very easy to use) and my goods arrived the next day. Realising I’d ordered the wrong size of hook (my inexperience), I called to re-order a bigger size for delivery to a more rural address with a tight deadline. The staff could not have been more helpful and the correct size hook arrived the next day. It’s wonderful when there is a kind and courteous human being behind a website.

Have bought a number of ropes from Ropes Direct and they have always been great quality and delivered on time. We have used the multicord for whipping the end of our large ropes on our low ropes course and it has done a great job and adds a splash of colour too.
Rose Swag
Purchased Rope alongside black coated Ring on Plate for my newly planted rose, to eventually have a nice rose swag. The products and especially rope are better than I anticipated and the delivery was very fast and well packaged. The price is fair. I am over the moon with my products and the rope looks spot on. Fantastic service
Second time I’ve bought from Ropes Direct, second time I’ve received excellent service. I asked for the rope to be put onto a wider plastic reel rather than the standard one it came with and it wasn’t a problem. Delivery was quick. Will definately use again. Many thanks indeed.
Garden Swing
Excellent service in supplying longer ropes for the garden swing when originals found not to be quite long enough – my request when in at 1pm on Wednesday and replacement ropes were on my doorstep by 9.30 the following morning !! The swing is great, looks lovely in the garden and is giving much pleasure.

I cannot speak highly enough of the quality and service from Ropes Direct. Rope as described and eye and back splices beautifully done and given one rope was 52mm not for feint hearted. Fantastic service
I ordered 20 metres of tri-coloured rope to be made into 2 x 10 metre lengths with a soft splice on one end of each. Not only was the rope delivered within 2 days but my instructions were perfectly met. I was totally delighted with the service from Ropes Direct and will definitely use them again.
