I just want to give feedback on your mobile site. I made this purchase and the site is really hard to navigate on a mobile. I had thought I was purchasing 16mm thick cotton rope but it appears that I bought 20mm rope as that is what arrived. I read your returns and it says you don’t do refunds for cut pieces. Which is frustrating with an online sale (I could understand if it were in the shop), so now I’ve had to re-buy the amount needed in 16mm. I’m not particularly happy about this and think that the buying experience would have been error free if your website were built better to fit mobile platforms. The formatting isn’t great when you have to enter information and click options, often either not appearing or saying something other than is there.
