This is a good quality cord, I do however question the large £6.60 carriage charge; to which VAT is included, it could have been sent Royal mail second class signed for cheaper and there is no VAT on postal charges, this will make it doubtful that I would order again from yourselves.

Response from Ropes Direct ~ VAT is in fact due on postal charges. The exemption only relates to services supplied by the Post Office for the conveyance of postal packages. Charges for postage and packing made by suppliers are subject to VAT.
