6mm Superior Sisal Rope sold in a 220m bulk coil.

This is our superior grade 6mm Sisal Rope - it is more refined and has a less hairy finish than our standard Sisal.

Sisal is a good strong traditional natural rope that is especially resistant to sunlight and stretches very little. It is ideal for use in the garden and being natural it complements planting and timber work. Also used for cat scratching posts and parrot toys. Upholstery Repair

I wanted a natural product to replace the buffalo hide lacing in our dining chair seats. They came from Zimbabwe in 1989 and have never been previously repaired. The rope looks excellent as a replacement seating support. Couldn't be more pleased with the result. Bought the larger amount as I'm sure I'll have lots of other uses at home or in my classroom.Alan (30 Jul 2017, 10:36)
