Strong very white rope

I just needed a short length to create a handrail between two of the brass end fittings. Although the bolt on the fittings will screw through the rope, it’s not that easy and on the second one it began to draw the fibres around the thread. I realised afterwards that I could have heated a nail up and pushed it through to form a tunnel for the screw. I’ll know next time!Charles Francis (14 Aug 2020, 20:13)
