Specification

12mm Green Polysteel rope, with red fleck, on a bulk 200m coil. This can be transferred to a sturdy wooden reel (additional charge applies).

Whilst not test certificated our manufacturer advises an approximate Minimum Breaking Load of 2,591kg.

Polysteel is tough, durable and economical. It floats in water (density 0.94), resists rot and mildew and suffers no loss in strength when wet. It has excellent UV protection, abrasion resistance and strength. Polysteel Rope is widely used as a pot rope in shell fishing and in agriculture as it is economical, durable and around 30% stronger than normal Polypropylene rope.
